Great finds!
I was just watching some videos from the Atlanta BJJ Open that happened this past weekend. I couldn't compete because my birthday is Tuesday (not a play to get birthday wishes... I'd rather forget it's that day :-) ); and there are people who place more emphasis on the day than I do... Regardless... What I noticed was that not one guy I'd have to fight has any Judo. I'd LOVE for you, whenever you cross them, put up some better Judo video's. I really hate that I missed this comp because I've been working with some world class Judo players the past year; and vids are great tools for when to apply. |

I use the videos for ideas on teaching. My competition days are over but who knows? What i need is some magic for my knees and then I could train hard enough to so some shiai. Now I can fight hard one day a week and do light stuff another 2 days.

Absolutely did. Quite a few times.
I'm not a huge fan of 10th Planet stuff, but you can't deny it's effectiveness in straight grappling. Bravo has skills, to be sure. Royler has even more. Bravo's style, not lay and pray because it requires a lot of technical skill; but rather "confining" against a highly offensive opponent like Royler. Two great technicians that approach things differently. The cool thing about Bravo is that he can also be the hyper technical guy. I'd like to have seen Royler win, but Bravo did the better job, I feel. |

I got to train with the 10th planet guys in LA. Quite the group. Interesting grappling style for sure. Got to meet Bravo too. Seems nice. He was pretty chill as he taught the class the night I was there.

For the BJJ geeks out there.
This is one of the better gi based matches I've ever seen. Big dudes moving impressively. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-7DLFqLCFqg |

One of my favorite grapplers, Andre Galvao, goes at it with Ryron Gracie.
Galvao is a beast. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_x5ycQ1mOyI |
