When I extend my left leg to step out, sometimes my knee pops out. I am careful not to put pressure on it until it's aligned again, but it is quite worrisome.
I thought it's a product of weak hamstrings and thought it's time for the straight-legged deadlifts, but wanted to get others' opinion first.
NOTE: I have never had a knee injury.
