Hey, I'm Chris, 26. I'm from Newfoundland, Canada. I've been lifting off and on for a number of years. I started off with a physique that any broomstick would be proud of. Then after a few years of bad advice and practically no knowledge of proper nutrition I developed a very fine pear shape. After that, I decided to get semi-serious. I started reading everything I could and joined a couple of forums. Long story short, I'm now making steady progress and I'm f*cking delighted.
