So here it is: I am a bi 27 yr old married (yes he knows I am a flirt...he loves it! lol) mother of 5, YES 5 LMAO 10-boy 8-girl 6-stepson 3 1/2-stepson and 16mo-boy... I own a house cleaning business and am a stay at home mom the rest of the time. I live in NW Iowa-COLD brrr...yuck...lol I LOVE beachin it at the local lakes, shopping (typical woman LOL), and painting (I am an artist), watercolor mostly but I do the occasionaly decorative painting for gifts and such... I also am addicted to my camera whether I am behind it or in front of it...I have WAY too many pics on my computer right now I need to put on discs...LOL I would love to get in better shape but need motivation, maybe a personal trainer?? anyone up for the task? LOL I try to eat healthy and stay active, hard NOT to be active w/my 16mo. old Nicholas here all the time...LOL IF YOU WANT TO KNOW ANYTHING ELSE ABOUT ME, ASK AND I SHALL TELL!!!!!!

Well, sad as it is, my workouts consist of house work LOL (actually alot more heart pumping than you would think when you do it for a living...lol) and my diet, I eat lots of veggies, some fruit, no much bread or related items, love meat but don't overdo it and just occasionally, except for chicken which I eat more often and NOT fried or cooked in a fatty way... try not to eat chips, pop, and crap like that... pathetic compared to you guys, but I need help figuring out what kind of routine would help me firm up my abs and American thighs and shed some post kid pounds... LOL Wouldn't mind some arm definition too...Comment

well to start off the best way to lose and shape up is to lift, forget all the bullshit you have heard before. Lifting will NOT make you bulky or big, if combined with cardio and the correct diet you will lean out and get hard. The sexiest women in the world are fitness girls who lift........thats my opinion anyhow.
To start out you could lift 3 days a week, and do cardio 3 days a week, anything as simple as walking outside will do for cardio, just need to keep your heart rate up for 30-40 min.
as for diet, you want to eat 6 small meals a day, clean protein, like lean meats, chicken, fish, eggs, lean red meat, protein powder etc....should be in every meal, combine that with a complex carbohydrate. oatmeal, yams, sweet potatoes, rice, etc....and of course veggies for fiber. For fats you want good fats like flax oil, almonds, natural peanut butter, etc......
shoot for 1 gallon a day of water, crystal light is ok too, just try not to ever drink calories, like regular pop or juice, those are horrible for yu.Comment
