Cardio after lifting weight?
Lots of mixed information on the net about what is the best method of cardio.
If I decide to do cardio right after lifting weights, should I drink my post workout shake (whey isolate + vitargo) after lifting weight or go straight to cardio and drink the post workout shake after cardio? Last edited by Shinobi; 01-07-2019 at 07:50 PM.. |

To burn fat when your metabolism already high from weightlifting, have shake after cardio or else you would shut off the "fat-burning" mode when doing cardio....

I thought too that the shake should be taken after cardio but I was in doubt about the window time that we have to consume the postworkout shake.
What you guys prefer: cardio on empty stomach or at any time of the day? |
