i was 266, 6' now with diet cardio and help by t3 & clen, iam 245. i look like iam holding water almost time to carb load. t3 is at 100mcg, clen is @ 60mcg. 225 is my goal w/ 7-9bf %. the other competitors tell the board what you have to and where ur @? thnx guys, gals
