            Power Cleans

            Breakfast
            16oz of milk,1/2 cup ground oats and 1.5 scoops of Blondie
            4 eggs
            Onion bagel with garlic/olive oil butter
            I have dropped the cheese & add ground oats to my shake

            Lunch
            2 Tunafish salad sandwiches on whole wheat with lettuce & tomato
            Potato salad
            16oz choc milk



            Notes
            I am trying to fix my diet and eat cleaner.I will be picking up the Ninja Mega Kitchen System.This will allow me to start making veggie & fruit smoothies/juices.

              I thought he was kidding with us lol... If I ate like that daily I would be as big as a house... Man some people have that metabolism though.

                I am serious I can eat almost anything and not gain weight.No thyroid issues and just a crazy metabolism.

                  4 eggs
                  Onion bagel with garlic/olive oil butter

                  2 smoked turkey sandwiches on whole wheat with lettuce,tomato and EZ mayo
                  Potato Salad
                  16oz choc milk

                        Sat 5/2+Sun 5/3 Days 17 & 18

                        Off Days

                        Todays dinner

                        Grill chicken breast and let cool.Cut them up into bite sized pieces.

                        Heat frying pan and add extra virgin olive oil.Saute onions,fresh jalapenos(seeds include), add chicken,chili powder,cumin,garlic powder,and paprika.Mix well and then add tomato paste and some water.Then I put it in crockpot for 4 hours to simmer.Boom homemade chicken enchiladas/tacos.

                                I am noticing great/deep sleep
                                Muscle fullness more pronounced
                                I am noticing less muscle soreness the next day
                                I am waking up refreshed and the morning alertness is up.I feel more energized.
