      Good job Stout!!

I have a couple questions...probably dumb ones, but I gotta know!!

What does doubled #1's mean? And why sled pulling? I've always wondered that.

The doubled #1's are bands. They are size one, which are basically 5-30lbs of resitance depending on how I use them.

Sled pulling? Increase cardio output, recover ability, and cuz IA told me so. LOL Thats about all I can come up with.

        thanks G4E

              ME Squat 10/15/2005

              Lightened Deads with doubled #2's --- 435 x 3 x PR

              Box Squats --- 225 x 12 x

              Dumbell Rows --- 70 x 8 x

              Dumbell Curls --- 25 x 10 x

              Forearms

Felt pretty good today. I am still on the TCD and so far so good, by body has sorta gotten used to the lack of carbs. I feel alot better than last week. I popped my normal 800mg of ALA today at the gym part way through my workout and I don't know what was wrong with me today. That shit hit me and hit me hard. It came on pretty bad during the dumbell rows, then by time I was at dumbell curls I was light headed, weak feeling, and just not right. LOL. I still had to do calves but I felt like such shit I had to jet and get my dex/maltodex drink in my locker and call it quits for the day. Overall it took me about an 1hr and 15 mintues for todays workout.

Oh and I got a PR on the lightened deads with the bands. Last week I used the #1's, but with 400+lbs on there they didn't do too much so I swithed it up to the #2's and it felt alot like IA told me it should be done like.

                10/16/2005 Sled Pulling

Pulled a combined sled and weight of 90lbs for 5 minutes. Took one short breather of 10-15 seconds.

Hmmm. I haven't noticed anything out of the ordinary, but then again my back is not hurt.
