I DID NOT do any cardio or crunches today. My stomach is just not feeling well. I had to make myself get up and go to the gym. I just felt like I at least needed to lift some weights. I sure am glad I am done though. Hopefully I will be able to get some cardio in this weekend. I am a little upset that I didn't get in my norm this week. This week has just been a mess. I'll be SO GLAD when it's over.
