our webmail system is very slick and easy to use. check it out webmail.premiermuscle.com

this is yet another way for us to thank you for being a member at premiermuscle.

please pm or email me if you would like your own email and i will set it up for you (only takes a sec!).

also...

we are now offering our members the opportunity to have their own web pages hosted by us. each member can have up to 2MB web space which is enough for a small site or for whatever you want really.

what can you do with your web space? here are a few ideas…
-store docs
-store pictures
-have a website
-store video
-store programs
-workout diary
-whatever you want!

your content can be accessed by this url: www.premiermuscle.com/~yourusername

if you would like your own web space, please pm or email me and i will turn it on for you. no need to worry about your content as it is backed up daily by our host.

let me know if you have any questions. and don't be shy, use these features!
