I did not do much right. I didn't even train in a gym - I just had a couple of barbells at my place. But one thing I did do was train to failure, and methodically increase the weight and the reps from one workout to the next - there really is no more-efficient way to gain strength and size. I also ate a lot of protein, if not nearly enough calories. If it is your mission to get jacked, more will be revealed. When the student is ready, the teacher appears. I'm still learning. They're going to have to pry the weights from my cold, dead hands.
