    10 Diet Mistakes

    Hey..
    Guys some common mistakes of diet are mention below.. but these mistakes are almost done by all..
    1. Skipping Breakfast
    2. Not Eating Before a Workout
    3. Waiting Too Long After Exercise to Eat
    4. Replacing Meals with Energy Bars or Replacement Drinks
    5. Eating Too Much Protein and Not Enough Carbs
    6. Trusting Dietary Supplements Labels and Claims
    7. Consuming Too Many or Too Few Calories for Your Activity
    8. Believing That You Can Eat Whatever You Want if You Exercise
    9. Not Drinking the Right Amount of Fluids
    10. Jumping on the Latest Diet Craze to Get an ""Edge""

        I'll give you another few, if you like;

        Eating too many processed foods which have little or no nutritional value as opposed to eatingfresh, organic foods.

        Not eating enough dietary fibre, this helps the intestines push through the food for evacuation and soluble fibre helps control cholesterol levels.

        Not knowing/paying attention to the glycaemic index of the carbs they eat and eating them at the wrong times.

        Being too fearful of fats in foods; UK RDA of fat for an adult male is 90g, 30 of which is saturated fat.

          Hell yeh on the saturated fat - the building block of testosterone.

          get mine every morning from natural yogurt.

              breakfast is my most important meal of the day, and the most improtant for anyone IMO. body has been starving for 6+ hours you need food asap

                    I finally beat that in my wifes heads about not skipping breakfast and once I did and got her off the pepsi she has lost 26# in the last 6 months!
                    Myself I eat within the first 30 mins of being awake..

                      Thats great man. i remember reading an article year or two ago where it stated people who dont eat breakfast are more likely to have higher bf than those who dont. Makes sense since people like us have our metabolism going first thing in the morning ED.
