My plan from here on out:
Monday I will start following a DC Training 2 way split. For the first rotation of the split I will not be doing exercises Rest Paused - I will be doing 1 lighter set not to failure, followed by one heavier set to failure on most of the exercises. The reason for this is that I have not done a full out DC program since April, and I haven't done many of the exercises I plan to do since April. I don't really know how they are going to feel - and I have NO idea how much weight I will be able to move.
After the first rotation I will do the next round Rest Paused estimating my weights based on what I learned the first time through... the problem with that will be during the second round I will be taking a 1 week vacation to Atlantic City then Las Vegas... so that is going to mess things up slightly. Once I return from that trip it will be all out DC Training for the next 8-10 weeks until I need a "cruise" period.
