    Avoiding Acne.

Just a tip i learned from over 20 years .

Of course everyone reacts different to different components however.

Testosterone- even if you are using testosterone E or C . (which stays in your system for a little over a week)

You should be taking it every 3 to 4 days . See its cause if you don't your blood levels will be on a roller coaster. and around the 4th or 5th day you will start to see pimples popping up. (if your prone to acne) . Also its better to have a lower dose twice a week than a higher dose once a week. so your blood levels stay constant.

if your gonna do a higher dose make sure you have enough to pin bi weekly .

Now things like Deca always give me those big cyst pimples , u know the ones that don't go away for months. well i use Acutane if I'm on Deca which is very rare for me.

well hope that helps.. sux to have a great body and a bunch of red dots everywhere. happy pinning fellas !

I have followed this rule of thumb for about 5 years and virtually acne free.

The supplement DIM seems to work for some people in regards to acne.

I have naturally oily skin. Best thing for me is 2x shower every day. Miss a shower on the road and bam zits. I don't dose AAS high so that helps a lot. Over the years the problem seemed to diminish.

If you wanna avoid acne just get old!

I didn't come to the darkside until 40 y.o, and I have never gotten even one zit while on cycle. I see some guys at the gym who are on - in their mid-late 20's wearing a tank top and their shoulders and back look like a pepperoni pizza. Damn that would suck - glad I never had that problemo.

Some ppl get it and some don’t. If you get acne and wanna get rid of it accutane is your friend. Used it prob 15 or so years ago and never had an issue again. Ever. And you don’t have to run the dose they prescribe. If I remember right I used only 20mg/day only long enough till I was cleared up and never an issue since.

I've always wondered about that...old people never have acne.

That must be some sort of evidence that whatever process or part of their body played a factor in the production of pimples has deteriorated. Not sure...

A big part of it is skin oils, mainly sebum. It serves as a substrate for bacterial like Propionibacterium acnes. Get rid of the oils and acne drops off considerably. Sebum is activated by steroid hormones. That's why we get oily skin with AAS use. In normal people sebum secretion lessens with age.
