Being in this for strength I don't really have cheat meals, per se.
But one of my favorite standard meals is porterhouse and baked potatoe.
My baked potatoes I cut V shape out of it, put Liptons Onion Soup mix in it, load it down with butter, put the top back on, wrap that baby in tin foil and bake it until there is a crust on the bottom of the potatoe (my favorite part).
Had a female personal trainer at the gym last night telling me how good I'm looking at 275ish and wanted to know what my diet looked like.
She just shook her head in disgust as I told her. But I could see her licking her lips!
