Running Primo for my first time ever on a 15 week cycle. I am 8 weeks in and absolutely loving it. It is thus far my favorite compound.
Throughout the entirety of my cycle I run my trt test at 200/week. I opened up my cycle with tbol @ 50mg ED as a little "kickstart" weeks 1-4. Primo dose was 75mg ED for a total of 525 per week. At week 6 upped Primo dose to 675 per week which is where I am currently.
My diet for weeks 1-4 was in a deficit and I came down from 200-190 and bodyfat is as low as I want. Have moved to a maintenance/recomp phase and the results have been exactly what I want. Seeing noticeable improvements in physique at current bodyweight.
I'd like to add a finishing compound for weeks 10-15 or even from 12-16/18. My two ideas were either adding in Masteron @ 3-400/week or Anavar at 50-75/day.
My main goals would be to continue recomping and add some of that dryness/vascularity for the summer weeks. Not too concerned about performance in BJJ as I will be focusing more on sport performance in fall but would like to push hard in the weight room. Training is a heavy upper/lower M/Tu with a volume push/pull/legs on Th/F/Sa.
