Got confuse! Help me please. HCG question

I have an amp of pregnyl and doesn't have sodium chloride amp on it. So i bought one in the drugstore, It's 20ml sodium chloride. My question is?!! Should i add 5ml to that 1 amp of pregnyl to make it 5000iu? i dont understand the label of the HCG cause it is from china. Thanks in advance.

pregnyl comes in a variety of amounts and if yours is the 5000iu size, then

If your package is 5000iu, and you add 1ml diluent, you have 5000iu per ml.
If you add 5ml diluent, you final mix is then 1000iu per ml.
If you add 10ml diluent, then 500iu per ml and so on.
