Rotate like others have said. I love to pin the sides of my quads. That’s a big big hunk of meat and offers the use of two hands in front of your eyes.

It would be great if mct oil was used in all injectables!
Man it is so smooth, and easy to use with skin pins!!

You may want to rotate to other injection sites for awhile.
