I found the best routien for me, has been longer rest periods.Doing EOD at the moment,somtimes 3 days off in a row.When I come back lifts are way up.

one bodypart a day sometimes mixed up with a double on a slow gaining group gives me plenty of time for recovery and the ability to really focus on the muscle involved.

I have always exercised but I feel much better/confident since I started weightlifting, that's for sure.

I just like looking and being in better shape than 95% of the 20 to 25 yr olds out there..
Not to mention freaking everyone in the YMCAout when I rack pull the whole stack of weights when the biggest dude in the gym is pulling 200# and I go behind him and pull the pin and put it at the bottom of the rack on 250#..lol |
