Smile Tips For Rookie

Hello!

I really need some help. I want to make sure I do all of my research before doing anything. I've been using Clen for a while now but I want to maybe experiment with other things. I compete and did the Bikini division last season but I want to really shred and build muscle so I can work my way up to the fitness divisions (not figure or physique, still really feminine) and someday maybe wbff.

I really don't want to do anything to hardcore because I don't want any obvious changes like my jawline... So I'm not sure. My husband uses a few different things here and there but has no clue for women. He uses Sus, Tren, Deca and dbols (if that's right)

I don't have anyone else to ask that would have any clue so maybe this forum is the best way to learn.

Really look forward to your thoughts.

Var is good for women and with a good nutrition plan and training plan, you can get great results on very little. My wife uses 5 mg on mon wed and fri. That's it. It works for her.

Most all women find that when using var they done necessarily react to it like men do, in terms of water retention. You'll need a very clean diet to avoid water retention most likely.
