    "Which way to the beach?"

    That's what I always said, "Which way to the beach?"
    Now with this lat spread taken on day 86, I think I can take a few waves!
    54" chest, 34" waist, 228lbs, bit still a dim-whit, go figure!
    Looks like all those straight-legged deadlift supersets I did with lunges and/or squats really helped to shape my back.
    I am happy with these results, but not satisfied!
