    Problem with cramps

This has been going on the past 3 months or so. I get cramps in deep muscle tissue; hamstrings, quads, lats, biceps. Very painful and not so easy to work through. I eat a varied diet and don't take any drugs. I have a few beers 2-4 times a week and drink water. I take a multi-vitamin (Animal Pack) twice per week. Not diabetic and no known health issues. Plenty of fruit; whatever is in season. Lately I've been eating plums as I know they are high in magnesium but still get the cramps. Any advice is welcome.

Taurine will eliminate all muscle cramps. Midol, probably won't work in your case unless your ovaries are giving you problems.
