since 2 yrs ago I have done 2 shows...so I've cut down to about 4% bf twice during that time...the rest of the time has been bulking.

not too great, first show I don't even know they never sent me a score card...but I missed top 5.
second show I placed 4th.
now granted, I did the biggest show that I could have locally...Mr. Arizona for my first 2 shows.
both shows I didn't come in where I should have...flat and a bit smooth IMO. overdepleted and couldn't fill up in time...
I did my own preps in the past and they seemded to work well up until the last week...
