meal 1 :
4 egg white, oats
meal 2:
6oz chicken b, nuts, fishoils, tblspn nat pb
meal 3:
1 cup brown rice 4oz.tuna
meal 4:
same as 2
meal 5:
pwo shake maybe simple carb or 2
meal 6:
8oz talapia or chicken b... with greens
i dont eat many carbs at all... might explain my lack of strength... but i am still growing sizeTempus fugit, Carpe diem.

WEAK you should check out my nutritionist he isnt too bad hes got some attitude issues and takes naked pics of himself but its cool i guess.Comment

i do only 30 minutes cardio daily.. weak... i know..but i thought you said it wasnt wise to mix fats and carbs in 1 meal?Tempus fugit, Carpe diem.
