Hey Brothers and sisters, hows everyone fairing during this pandemic? I've always used a lot of body weight exercises, bands, and other improvised weights etc so not too much has changed for me since we arent allowed to go to the gym. How about you all?
How is everone getting their w/o done during the quarantine?

I have weights in my basement. Bench that turns into a squat rack, leg ext/curl attachment, pull down pulls system, 375 lbs of York style weight and small hole weights about 250 lbs. So, I do super sets with 4-6 exercises a day 4-5 sets each. For cardio I do tree judo with an old tire tube, biking outside, yard work clearing brush and trees, and 3 mile walks. I still ended up gaining 11 lbs since I came back from Germany a month ago. 7 of it is from a difference in food quality between US and Germany. I always come back from Europe leaner. -

I have 2 adjustable db's, but only a total of 50 lbs. So been doing pushups, crunches, leg raises, db curls, concentratin curls, French press, skull crushers, flyes, side laterals, front raises, bent laterals. Been walking/jogging/running hills outside when the weather was nce this week, but it's cooled off again. Just a bunch of high rep stuff to get a good pump to try to hold on to some muscle. I need to go do some pullups & chinups - been slacking there.
Stepped on the scale 2 days ago - lost 4 lbs so far. Not eating NEAR as much as I was when killing the iron - feels good to give the digestive system a break from all the protein and cals.Dawgpound Hank is a fictional character,. I have a very nice weight pile behind my house, several different benches, lots of weights and dumbbells. I prefer it to the gym anyway. I use the gym mostly for legs for the various machines. But light squats with massive reps each set works just as well for my purposes.OFFO

I am being so physical that I am not doing any "training" right now but I am leaning out a bite and my vascularity is the best it has been in many years. I am doing the Rocky IV workouts in the back country. My forearms are popping. I do miss the routine of a real work out. It has been a way to check out for me. I focus on nothing else when I am in the gym. I think that is 1/2 the attraction of BBing.The older I get the better I used to be.Comment
