I'm sure it is....another reason I really try not to worry....and another reason why I'm trying my best to be inside out by 3-4 weeks out and then concentrate on coming in dialed and full ready to rumble.

      Hey BigWilly

Are the same one that years ago used to have a pic of your back/traps (MONSTOUS TRAPS) as your avatar? Seemed like you were on Big A's boards and a couple others I frequented at that time - around 2001-2002

Thank you guys....for keeping me level headed....sorry for spazzing

I'm just unhappy with the way these pics came out...

Just to give you an idea of how poorly the definition showed up in those previous pics...I just snapped an ab shot in different lighting w/o the flash...shows more accurate definition...

                        check it:

Youre a beast fo sho!! I'd be saying my prayers next to you on stage bro...lol. That aint no joke

As for me when it comes to competing, ..i'm a nervous reck the whole time during my dieting phase. I'm constantly analyzing things....seeing if I'm behind or ahead on my diet. I probably shouldnt do that but its hard not to for me. The whole 12 weeks is a headache for me....LOL.
