    today i went to max on dead and got 360 and missed 370. 370 was almost there It was questionable as to weather i got it or not, but i dont want questions i want to get it for sure so i wont count it

            okay heres my new diet

            Meal 1- 6:00 AM
            3 eggs
            2 pices of toast
            3 cups of Milk
            banana
            Multi Vit, Calcium, Fishoils
            Meal 2- 8:30 am
            Wardog Weight Gain Bar
            30 pistachio's
            banana

            Meal 3- 10:10 am
            Turkey Sandwhich(2 pices of bread, 6 oz of turkey, Lettuce, Tomato)
            Yogurt
            Apple

            Meal 4( PRE WORKOUT)-2:30pm
            .5 cups of brown rice
            Protein Shake
            1 Pice of bread

            Meal 5(POST WORKOUT)-6:00 pm
            1 cup oatmeal
            1 powerbar
            Protein Shake
            Apple
            Anti Oxidents


            Meal 6- 7:30
            What ever is served
            For Example
            1 chicken breast
            1 sweetpotato
            2 cups of green beans
            1 cup Milk

            Meal 7- 9:00-10:00
            1 can tuna
            Casein Protein Shake
            1 tablespoon olive oil
            Multi Vit, Calcium, Fishoils

            Fat 111 Grams 19%
            Carbs 595 Grams 45%
            Protein 443 Grams 36%


            im looking to add some more calories...
            My Goal is to gain about 10 lbs

              okay heres a update

              on the 17th i had a meet i didnt get to wrestle but our team won
              on the 18th i had a rest day
              the 19th i had a intense practice which absoultly killed me
              the 20th practice was a little lighter... I felt great.. I am felling real good now
              the 21st and 22nd practices were real light as i practiced with jv...
              the 23 i had a match agains teh other teams captain and pinned him... The guy had 10 lbs on me(my deit hasnt givven me any lbs yet ) i had him on his back the whole second period but couldnt stick him. I pinned him in the begining of the 3rd period... It was a great match... I need to work on coming out agressive. I could have ended the match first period if i was more agressive
              I have today and tommrow off anf then back to practice on monday

                My grip strength is lagging not as strong as it use to be...
                My bench was good im sure i can get 210 up if i do it first i was just to tired..
                the rest of my workout went well
                The numbers would be bigger if i got more then 4 hours of sleep last night and didnt have a wrestling match yesterday.. I was still sore from that

                  got a response from clay about the hg300 cert

                  Paul,

                  Hang onto those videos for a while. There are some changes happening in the cert program and I won't be doing the work on the site or certs anymore. Nothing bad between me and Heavy Sports, I just haven't had the time.

                    well heres what ive been up to my past couple of days

                    Sunday: Off
                    Monday: Had Wrestling pracitce. felt kind of sick, and i wrestled really bad
                    Tuesday: I had a wrestling tourtment ended up taking gold. Winning 4 matches. No pins though The part i was excited about is i wrestled in the 191 wieght calss and wieghed in at 180.6... I need to gain some wieght... Even with the weight disivantage i still won

                      Speed squats were nice its been a while since i did them. Was my first time using bands and i loved them

                          that brings my record to 12-1 or 13-1 i am so pissed about my lose i could beat the guy now
