My daughter took this as we left the gym last night after squats and straight leg deadlift SS of 10x10. This is our fourth week of lifting 4 days per week followed by a 20 minute bicycle for circulation. Still have swelling in right lower leg from the bone infection and cellulitis but at least I’m back in the gym. This came from the phone message my daughter sent me. She got tired of me complaining about how out of shape I am in.
