i use Zineryt lotion, in ireland i have get it via subscription from the doctor but maybe where you are from you might be able buy it over the counter.

...as Mak mentioned i used b5 and it did help a little,everyones bodys different, b5 is cheap if that dont work,try that fucking shit from TV...Z
