DatBTrue was busted and not terminally ill

There was confusion on his quick and sudden departure when he left the forums and closed his site down. I think most people knew he was Tom/Thomas Mann (real name Michael Moorcones), but there was speculation that he was either busted or he was very sick and close to dieing.

This article clears that up, and he was indeed busted:
Investigators believe a man in Arizona was distributing performance-enhancing drugs on a global scale, yet no charges have been filed. His clientele included pro athletes.

Apparently the DEA and FDA are not going to prosecute him, so many are saying he snitched. His lawyer asked for immunity. Thoughts?

    Here is another:
Under the alias 'Thomas Mann', Michael A. Moorcones shipped $1million worth of cutting edge peptides to some 8,000 clients, including MLB, NFL and Olympic athletes, investigators say.

So does anybody know if he had a background in Biochem or not? It states he was a lawyer.

Yeah, a couple of questions remain. No prosecution suggests he is cooperating, but the article indicates the FDA and DEA themselves are a bit confused by the legal twists and turns here, and less aggressive than usual. Then, that other question, did he make products himself, or did he get them from somewhere the investigation hasn't been able to find. Even our old friend Jeff Novitsky seems disappointed by the feds' less than maddog approach.

He obviously either was or knew someone who is. Really interesting read. He's probably cooperating.

From what I understand being a lawyer he kept his mouth shut, and hasn't been charged because it's not a crime to distribute peptides in US law.
