Added cals after cals stopped doing reps so offend and starting focusing on volume and using higher rep range to deload. Then one day at work I tore my bicep tendon. So I then begin to study on the fastest routes to recovery. I found myself at the age of 36 and I knew my body was slowing down and starting to deteriorate this lead me to a lite dose of npp/test along with sarms and peptides for recovering. The doctors was amazed by how fast I repaired my strength in my arm, I was amazed too. I felt like I was in my early 20’s. After that I decided I want to cycle. Now I’m up 175lbs from 140 (running days will have you skinny as hell) but feeling great. PCT is rough but nothing beats the power, the pump and the strength you feel after you pip some gear and pop an Cialis And Dbol as a prep and go a kill the gym.
Interesting storey. Steroids are for sure addictive. I dont care what anyone says. There like pringles, once you pop you cant stop.

On a serious note thats really exciting that you were able to channel you competitive nature into another possitive activity. If i dont exericse and eat well i want drugs. So to stay away from drugs thats what i have to do and i love it. Keeps me more motivated. Addictive behavior is a blessing and a curse.

Well....I started running to help with drinking and drugs too. So I knew once my knees started hurting I needed to do something else and since fitness was my outlet then weight llifting was an obvious choice. And I love it for sure...even on the days I feel weak, I walk out the gym with the feeling of accomplishment.

I’ve heard great things about cbd oil. I only have issues now if I run 6 or more miles or if I do true ass to grass squats. So I keep those to about box dept. The npp worked great for my bicep tendon recovery but I believe it was the collagen and BPC that did the real trick. Now I take high levels of omega and collagen to help with joints. So I think I got outta running before it was too late.

I’ve taken you yourthTheroy collagen and collagen peptides powder. Both from vitamin shop. The peptides powder is supposed to be more absorbent than pills so I just mix it in my BCAA’s because it’s tasteless. Seems to work good but with all vitamins it’s hard to say since I do take GH at 2 to 4iu a day. (2 off cycle and 4 on)
