    Cutting cycle help

    Week 1 Test E 500mg/week

    Week 2-6 Test C 500mg/week

    Week 6-12 TesT prop 100mg/eod
    Week 6-12 Stan 50mg/ed

    2nd cycle after this i will be sailing on cruise ship. What do u guys think?

    no point in using the test e and c just wasting it. judging from ur ava pic 7 weeks on test p and winny should be plenty of time to cut. focus more on ur diet then gear.

        even from judging by ur pic in member photos you shouldnt need more then 7 weeks.

        are you already using the test c? if not what im saying is dont use either the c or e just the prop winny. those are both long esters and you should know running them for 6 weeks is piontless.

          Like GB said... just run the test prop n winny.

          But diet is far more important than anything else.

          You can pretty much bulk or cut on anything. It's your diet that is going to be key to your end result.

            i already run test C. Yes! im planning on switching to prop. Or i will just save it for the next cycle and continue the test c?

              Yes sir! diet is very good been dieting hard already for about a year and 7 months now.

                id just stick with the test C.

                i dont care if you were 500lbs you shouldnt have to be dieting for 19months. your diet must be way off. i suggest posting it.

                  Cardio for 30mins treadmill

                  meal 1
                  1 cup of oatmeal
                  10 eggwhites.
                  1g of fish oil
                  1g vit.c
                  400iu vit. e
                  multi vitamin

                  meal 2
                  3 slices of whole wheat bread with 1 teable spoon pure peanut butter (i made them).
                  8eggwhites jumbo eggs

                  (WORKOUT)

                  meal 3
                  8egg whites jumbo egss
                  50g of waxy maize or vitargo or just some 3 slices of white bread. and if i feel like bloated just eat wheat bread

                  meal 4
                  chicken breast 250 grams
                  250G potato
                  1 grm fish oil

                  meal 5
                  chicken breast 250 grams
                  1 cup of broccoli and some beans
                  extra virgin olive oil tbs

                  meal 6
                  chicken breast 250 grams
                  1 cup cashew nuts or peanuts roasted
                  1 grm fish oil

                  SOmetime when i feel hungry at i night
                  meal 7 but sometimes only.
                  2 scoops of whey. then sleep



                  And during rest days. ZERO CARBS

                    how many carbs? fats? protein? total cals? whats ur bdwt? and bf?

                    also need more fruit and vegetables in ur diet.

                      i dont count protein. carb are more like 600 grams a day. boyweight is 230 and body fat is aroun 10% i eat 7 bannas a day grapes and everything

                          im 6'1. yes bro. thats why im asking is it ok to switch prop or just stick with test C and just add stan 50/mg a day?

                              Great advice from GB. Fork, you don't look even close to 230 from your pics and the biggest difference you will notice from test will be a lighter wallet. Why does everyone jump to gear as a crutch for inadequate diet and training? You need a foundation to build on and IMHO you look like you've been training for 6 months.
