Did cardio with abs/calves. No energy like the last 5 days. Why? Bc I didn't take Pump Juice. Workout wasn't intense so I was fine with that...will be ready for it Monday

For me little is better. Its sweeter. So I mix it in about 6oz water. Doesn't take much stirring to mix it up. Never had clumps. Also, 20 mins bf workout instead of recommended 30. I started with 30 on Mon and already started feeling it bf I even left for gym. It still working in me about hour post workout or let's just say about up to 2,5hrs after consumed. Very pleased and will be ordering more here in few days to keep in stock...Comment

Yep. My job is physical labor work and energy keeps on going in first few hours into it. I take a scoop full 20 mins prior workout which is about 420am and feel pump juice til around 930am. No jittery from it what so ever. Just more energy and stronger thru workouts and yes, more pumpsComment

Def the best non jittery pretty workout I've tried. Nothing comes close to it
