Nutritional Yeast

Anybody ever eat this stuff?

No clue how usable the protein is but it tastes really good.

Brewers yeast tablets are highly nutritional. This is probably just about the same thing. I may try it.

Let me know what you think.

How does brewers yeast taste?

It has a decent profile.

I use it as a seasoning mostly. Toss it on eggs or in salads and whatnot. It is sort of like parmesan from the shaker bottle but different. I'm a big fan of it.
