    I noticed that my form on a couple things have gotten sloppy so i lowered the weight a bit until i get out of the bad habits i apparently have aquired...

    pull ups werent happening my traps are too sore and my shoulder was being a butthead

    ball oblique twists

    30 minutes stationary bike random hill setting level 9

      my shoulders are destroyed the only thing they can do is a shoulder replacement on the right one and scope the left.. no thank you ill suck it up lol

            eventually, you are going to be needing surgery.. surgery is a good thing... surgery is your friend... lol i had surgery on my right shoulder and knee

              shoulder replacements last about 8 yrs with average use...i dont use it in an average way at all lol im 29 i would need a new shoulder every 5ish yrs lol NOPE when i cant move my arm ill do it til then.. NOPE
