clen dosing

one of my friends that is a woman wants to start using some clen, i was wondering have any of you ladies used it and how would the dosing go? thanks for the help

I've used it quite a bit and have had to adjust all to how my body reacts.

Cycle Plan:
On two weeks off two weeks.

Day 1: .40ml
Day 2: .40ml
Day 3: .60ml
Day 4: .60ml
Day 5: .60ml
Day 6: .80ml (if too intense try 75ml)
Day 7: .80ml (if too intense try 75ml)
Day 8: .80ml (if too intense try 75ml)
Day 9: .80ml (if too intense try 75ml)
Day 10: .80ml (if too intense try 75ml)
Day 11: .60ml (tapering down is good- not always necessity)
Day 12: .60ml
Day 13: .60ml
Day 14: .40ml


This is an example- you can increase before or after the given days- depending on how your body handles it. Also don't take at night- early in the morning. It makes it hard to sleep because it increases your heart rate.

Make sure to do a lot of research!! That's my only hint of advice.

You need to list by mcgs as clen concentration vary from 50mcg/ml to 200mcg/ml

It's good idea to take 3-5 grams taurine using clen as clen depletes taurine in striated and cardiac muscle. Taurine greatly reduces muscle cramping and very well make protect the heart when using clen.

I have seen women use anywhere from 40 to 120mcgs in a couple divided doses per day, some even more, however I feel over 120mcgs is excessive.

My wife has used clen multiple times with great results. She usually follows a similar protocol that looks something like this. (She uses 40mcg tabs that are scored to break in half at 20mcgs each.)

Day 1,2,3: 40mcg (two dosings)
Day 4,5,6,7; 60mcg (three dosings)
Days 8-21: 80-100 mcg (3-5 dosings)
Day 22, 23, 24: 60mcg (3 dosings)
Day 25, 26, 27, 28: 40mcg (two dosings)

she usually runs a full 4 weeks when she does it

I'm on my second cycle of clen - I have a thread in this category about it.

I'd say with a first cycle, you should start with something small. I started at 25mcg and then bumped it up after that. Now that I know how my body takes to it, I've started this cycle at 50mcg. I recommend splitting your day's worth into two doses, as well, approx 12 hours apart to keep things level. I haven't been using taurine but I probably should get on it.

Also - make sure she is staying hydrated. (you can read what happened to me when I got dehydrated mid cycle) and bonus tip: I also arrange my gym time so that it doesn't hit me while I'm mid workout.

40 mcg a day for first week. week two 60 mcg or 80 mcg depending on your individual pill mcg strength.

I've had a few female friends take 40 mcg a day for two weeks, two weeks off, then finish last two weeks and loved it.

Only thing one complained about was her hands shaking and harder to put on makeup. But she looked badass

My wife and I used clen many years ago and my wife didn't get past 80mcg because it was too intense for her. We used it when it was strong stuff straight from China, time white tabs in a tiny white bottle with a chinese label. The stuff nowadays is nowhere near as strong as it used to be. My wife did two weeks on two weeks off ramping the dose up as sides started to subside. We had 40mcg tabs and I had to cut them in half for her. She started at 20mcg and ended at 80mcg. She lost alot of fat weight and looked great afterwards. Our diet was not in check and we still lost weight on the clen.

I have tried clen from a few different research chem places more recently and they claimed 200mcg/ml on the label but I could do the whole 200mcg and not feel anything. I wish the stuff from back in the day was still available!!!
