DB presses 4 sets 12-10-8-6
Side lats 4 sets 12-10-8-6
Reverse pec dec 4 sets 12-10-8-6
Front lats 2 sets 12,12
Traps are trained with shoulders
HS shrugs 5 sets 12-10-8-6-4
DB shrugs 4 sets 12-10-8-6
I would like to go lower reps on the shrugs but the hs machine can only fit so many plates and my gym dbs only go so high. I am going to switch DB shrugs for HS shrugs and put barbell shrugs first so i can go heavier.Comment
