    what books and stuff do you use to get your food facts from ?(eg-protein value), as im looking to buy a good guide.

      no good books i can pick ? up as have no printer at home and would be handy to have when out shopping

          Here is an extensive glycemic index...it's a start...maybe just write some stuff down? The G.I. Diet book also has a very extensive list in it...
