Thanks guys. I am going to stay at it. Deacon, I have been doing it since my dad brought a spring chest expander home when I was like 9 years old. I pinched my skin in those springs more times than I can count! I think by the time I was eleven or so he bought my brother and me a 110-pound barbell dumbell, cement weight type weight set. He was always buying us chin up bars, boxing gloves, punching bags and so forth. Just how we grew up.

Very true. Huge difference between people who start crying about being old when they are 30, and those like us who just deny our age and keep plowing through!

I think I’m doomed then. Lol. JK. Hope I never give up on looking good or trying to improve my physique. It’s the only thing that has kept me clean (at least from hard stuff, lol) and worked. I’m too addicted now to give up the fight!
