Envious here! I know when I get back, my legs and back are gonna be sore as a mofo haha. I've been able to do a lil' chest, arm and delt work with some light db's at home, and a variety of push-ups. But nothing with resistance for back and legs. But I invite pain hehe - love it. I've had layoffs before due to injury, and thank GOD, muscle memory get's ya back in no time.

Yes we kept it very low key, limited to training clients and loyal members. We took a lot of extra precautions, spent a fortune in special cleaning supplies and made enough money just to cover costs/overhead. I am hoping to get opened up officially here within the next two weeks, depending on what our supreme court decides.

Congrats im in Baltimore & the mayor is now trying to do his own thing from what the governor suggested so hopefully by the beginning of next month they will open here.
