    Peptides info

    Peptide Information

Peptides come in the form of freeze dried powder. Melanotan peptides (Afamelanotide and Melanotan 2), PT-141, CJC-1295 and GHRPs (GRHP-2 and GHRP-6), HGH, GH fragments, et cetera use Bacteriostatic Water (BW). Bacteriostatic Water for injection, USP is a sterile, nonpyrogenic preparation of water for injection containing 0.9% of benzyl alcohol added as a bacteriostatic preservative. It is supplied in a multiple-dose container from which repeated withdrawals may be made to dilute or dissolve drugs for injection. For IGF use an acetic acid solution (.6%) which is 7 parts distilled water and 1 part vinegar. You must filter the distilled water and white wine vinegar through a sterile 20 micron syringe filter before use. Sodium chloride is used to buffer the acidic IGF-1 injection.

    Melanotan One (M-I) Afamelanotide

Melanotan is a synthetic version of melanocyte stimulating hormone (a-MSH). Afamelanotide treatment induces skin pigmentation through melanogenisis, the production of melanin. Melanin prevents cellular damage in the skin by absorbing, reflecting and refracting light. Melanotan reduces sun damage to UV exposed skin in those with sun allergies.

    Melanotan 2 (MT-II)

MT-II is an analog of alpha-melanocyte stimulating hormone (a-MSH) that induces tanning. Melanotan 2 comes in the form of a freeze dried (lyophilized) peptide. Melanotan 2 acts on melanocytes to stimulate melanin production. Melanin is the pigment responsible for tanning the skin. Melanotan 2 has a protective cyclic amino acid structure as compared to a linear peptide Melanotan One. MT-II out competes a-MSH for binding to melanocyte receptors over 1000x. Melanotan II has the additional effect of increasing libido and has also exhibited the potential to decrease body fat mass and reduce food intake.

    Bremelanotide (PT-141)

PT-141 was developed from Melanotan 2, which was tested as a sunless tanning agent. PT-141 is a metabolite of MT-II that lacks the C-terminal amide function-stripping away tanning properties. Bremelanotide belongs to a class called melanocortins. In initial testing, MT-II did induce tanning but additionally caused as unexpected aphrodisiac effects in test subjects. PT-141 does not act upon the vascular system, but the nervous system.

    GH Releasing Peptide-6

GHRP 6 is a synthetic six amino acid peptide that releases growth hormone in a specific and dose related manner through mechanisms and point of action that are different from those of GHRH or CJC-1295. GHRP 6 is more efficacious than GHRH and a striking synergistic action on growth hormone release when GHRP and CJC-1295 are administered simultaneously. GHRP-6 hypothesized to act through actions exerted both at the pituitary and hypothalamus. Growth Hormone has host of beneficial effects such as decreased body fat, increased muscle, and increased strength and stamina. Increased amounts of Growth Hormone then can cause the liver to secrete the hormone IGF-1 which has also been implicated in improving the fat burning and muscle construction. Growth Hormone Releasing Peptide GHRP-6 5mg.

    GHRH (CJC-1295)

Growth hormone releasing hormone (GRF 1-29) is a powerful hormone, In the healthy human body, large amounts of growth hormone are stored in the pituitary. The cells within the pituitary release growth hormone in response to signalling by GHRH (Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone) Then the peptide Ghrelin is (of which GHRPs - Growth Hormone Releasing Peptides - are mimetics), inhibited from releasing these stores by Somatostatin. GHRH and Ghrelin act on different populations of somatotropes (GH releasing cells). GHRP and Ghrelin increase the number of somatotropes releasing GH but not the amount released by each cell.
GHRH affects both the number of secreting cells and - moreso - the amount they are actualy able to secrete. GHRH and Ghrelin are released in specific patterns that vary depending on what the person involved is doing, or has been doing post-exercise. Now CJC-1295 DAC has been proven to stimulate slow wave sleep, and this is the period of sleep when most of your bodys repairing work takes place on muscles and tissues etc.
Now most people can and will make GH in their own pituitary gland, but not everyone can release it in the amounts needed, so from a medicinal point CJC-1295 DAC can be very beneficial.

    Insulin-like Growth Factor LR3

Insulin-like Growth Factor (Long-R3-IGF-1), an 83 amino acid analog of IGF-1 is a highly anabolic hormone released primarily in the liver with the stimulus of growth hormone (HGH). IGF-1 s injected post work out (PWO) or in the AM on non workout days for 4-6 week intervals for best results.

Freeze dried (lyophilized) IGF-1 (in powder state) should be stored in the freezer (-18 degrees celsius).

    191AA Growth Hormone (HGH)

Human Growth Hormone (rHGH, HGH, or GH) is a protein molecule consisting of 191 amino acids. Genetically engineered recombinant human growth hormone is completely identical to the growth hormone made by the human pituitary gland. Growth hormone is rapidly converted in the liver to its powerful growth promoting metabolite, Insulin like Growth Factor (IGF-1). Researchers have proven growth hormone therapy can reverse the biological effects of aging.

Peptides have recently received prominence in molecular biology for several reasons. The first is that peptides allow the creation of peptide antibodies in animals without the need to purify the protein of interest.[12] This involves synthesizing antigenic peptides of sections of the protein of interest. These will then be used to make antibodies in a rabbit or mouse against the protein.
