Why would anyone choose tamoxifen over clomid or toremifene when tamoxifen lowers serum IGF-I levels through direct inhibition of GH secretion, as well as increases PgR expression, when toremifene has been shown to significantly decreased total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, prolactin and triglycerides, and INCREASE HDL cholesterol. Additionally, it strikes me as odd that despite clomiphene being regarded as the SERM of choice (really the only one routinely prescribed for Hypogonadism)by andrology/urology doctors, that tamoxifen still has it's loyal followers.

zeke will become famous soon enough
I have a brother in law that is prescribed 50mgs of clomid a day from his doctor to increase his normal text levels. Been on it for years, does not cycle with AAS, just takes the comix to brings his test levels up that are and have been abnormally low since he was in his mid 20's
