activated charcoal

anyone use this?.. i've started the pills a few days back. trying to control gas and bloat.

certainly think it is helping... supposed to help clear out toxins etc...

I think it's works ok, otc gas pills work better for me though.

It works. But keep in mind that activated charcoal does not discriminate. It absorbs all kinds of things. Medications, I assume anti e and orals as well.

Vitamins certainly, probiotics.... I am not so sure.
