Things that raise you're heart rate up and down. Like what G and lifts said above. I think sprinting for 50 yds then walking for a min then taking off on a sprint then Walking etc over and over is the best there is.

          Damn it.
Just once, I want to beat you to the punch.

Jump into kettlebelle hell. Turkish getup's will introduce you to a new religion.

This. Exercise all you want but if nutrition's not in check, forget about getting cut.

If it is I concur with the posts above - HIIT.

I get the daily diet has to be 100% or real close , but iwas referring to besides diet and hit cardio does anybody change there wo's to include anything like kickbacks /pulldown /cable work just work muscles and burn ecess calories no bulking work since your cutting calories to a lower amount than you eat when bulking and building muscle tissue...or am I way off base hear

When you lower calories it's very important to continue some heavy sets otherwise you lose to much muscle. Heavy sets retain muscle on a calorie restricted diet.

                            This.

Don't use pumping iron as a cutting tool - leave that to cardio & diet.
