Collete basically says and dave agrees that all people on hgh year round, including for anti-aging......but not the insulin we are used to hearing about, a basil insulin. Some that works for atleast 24 hours with no peaks and valleys. They were saying, from what i understand, that when gh is active in the body insulin cant be. So as we have all heard, gh causes insulin resistance. The only way to counter this is to suppliment insulin. Whether you agree or disagree its very interesting and makes complete sense.

I am only speaking from what i know. But I believe the insulin resistance is not because insulin is inactive when GH is taken but quite the opposite. The body will always fight to stay in a homeostatic state as we all know. When you take gh your blood sugar rises through endogenus production and nutrient release which in turn causes the body to produce more insulin to counter act the higher blood sugar and burns out the pancreas. With exogenous insulin the body senses it and therefor won’t produce it. I have been using 10units post workout of insulin since Janurary and have seen no ill side effects and plan on sticking with this protocol. I could see doing 4 weeks on and 4 weeks off through out the year being a protocol for those on year round for BB or rejuvenation. For rejuvenation maybe doing 3-5units as your simply trying to save the pancrease from having to work as much rather than get the nutrient benefits?

Agreed. Sad to see all the social media clowns dis on him so hard. You don’t have to agree with everything someone says and they can still be very smart. I liked Daves stuff as it was pretty basic sense when it comes down to it. Had a lot of my own thoughts confirmed by him throughout the years and learned a lot from things he wrote as well as had some gaps filled in.

It makes knuckle dragged sense to me because my first run with HGH lasted 9 years and I checked my blood sugar regularly and was always on a high end as far as my normal baseline is concerned. Coming off this accident of the last year I jumped on some at 1iu a day and even that raised my blood sugar, and probably because I'm older, it was dramatically higher than when I went off that long run in 2011. Dave is great and gives as shit what some Johnny come late'ly clowns think?
