OTC Supps that really work..or dont.

Please post your opinions about which supps youve notice worked for you and which ones didnt not.

Ive never been a fan of OTC supps myself but since Iwent natty ive tried a few. Here is what i think :

Gaspari Plasmajet = F.. scam,crap, didnt feel jack shit..save your money

Gaspari Holodrols = C .not bad, it could also be my that my diet got harder, more strict but i felt good while taking this..strenght stay the same yet my muscles looked fuller.

ARLI -Warfare.= B..i got extremelly horny while on this..but then again im a horny bastard since birth.

Scivation -Dialene4.= B+ good stuff..Good fat burner

L-Leucine ..not bad but better than the biggest scan since organized religion aka L-glutamine.

ZMA - = C ...but i might add ,..everytime i took it 1 hr before bed i woke up the next morning with a horse -type hard on....maybe a coincidence?

Isolyze ( protein) By Species..best isolate protein powder ive drank but a bit pricey..u might as well go with isopure

AlR creatine ethyl ester good stuff, BSN no explode also good.
Met Rx is my favorite meal replacement. As for shit that doesn't work...to much garbage to name it all.

Hemodraulix by Axis Labs= a butt load better than Plasma Jet....
S-drol by fast action pharma= crap

i think it depends on how your body will react to a certain supps if the thing willl work for you will taking them but if they didnt work then find another one

On cycle a test booster worked well for me and I also liked nitrix. I've tried t bol 2 and it was a waste and I thougt cell mass sucked, but then again everyones different.

Just picked up Tren 250 from G.E.T. Labs, i'm skeptical with these type of products but i took this with a fat burner last spring had pretty good results...

Bcaa's .... i had dymatize pills 2200, i wanted to switch it up to powders so i can mix it with my water before, durring and after work outs... I'm at the spot and i see a 32 oz of Liquid Amino 23000 mg by Dymatize. Anyone have experience with liquid aminos?
