    Best recovery post workout supplement

    Every time I workout I feel pains the next day. Any recommendations for a recovery post workout supplement? Getting old sucks.

    I used to take glutamine years back and it helps a lot with soreness and recovery...

                    what about sippin on protein mixed w bcaa's/garoraid then after wo just eat chicken/vegatables

                        Dump this in my jug of water to drinknwhile I work out. Only way I can drink something as it dilutes it down enough.
                        Post workout I drink an egg beater and have 1 can of pairs in water no sugar added.
