    Insulin Usage Milo's Sarecev

    I've made no secret of my insulin usage over an extended period of time. I’ve caught some flack about it especially when i posted how a power lifting buddy drove over 100 miles to train with me for a week. He had a blood sugar crash while training. I had to call 911.
    I slowed my usage from that point but continued using it for a few years.
    While I will never help anyone use insulin I won't discourage its use by someone that educates themselves on the topic.
    One of the big myths has been that insulin causes bubble gut. Milo's gives a clear answer to that here.

    I met milo in person years ago when he was guest posing in Ottawa IL. Interesting and knowledgeable guy for sure.

      I tried slin once. It was back around '06 or '07. I got the biggest I ever was, but can't really pinpoint if it was from the slin bcoz it just happened to be during the largest cycle I ever ran - even to date - which was test @ 750mg ew, deca @ 500mg ew, tren e @ 400mg ew. I ran the slin post w.o only. I started low, being safe, and being a first timer - around 3iu. After a few days of that, I jumped up to 6iu. Stayed there a few days, then jumped to 10iu. I eventually worked up to 15iu. I started off doing the 10g carbs per iu, but felt it was overkill. So I gradually backed down to 7g, then 5g, and stayed there. I would inject immediately when I got home from gym (5 min drive), then 10mins later drink 75g dextrose/50g whey. Then an hour later, I would eat a meal with around 50g carbs and 50g protein, usually rice or potatoes and chicken or steak. I'd have that same meal, or similar, 2.5 hours later. Never went hypo going that route.

      I was running R - ended up running it for about 5 weeks in the middle of my cycle. I got up to 277, again, my heaviest ever. I never did run it again - didn't feel like it really did much for me. I was 255 before I started that cycle, and believe I woulda got close to that weight anyways just from the AAS alone. I just remember my thoughts were I wasn't impressed. Someone else may have put on 35lbs from doing that. Shit affects us all differently.

        I will still run slin on a bulk. Nothing crazy, 5 to 7iu preworkout.

        Dogpound, running it 5 weeks you should have noticed a difference, I took on a slightly different look when I started using it. Of course it would be harder to tell with the anabolics being run higher than what your used to. It's really like anything else, you have to put the time in with it. A few runs is when it will show. Running GH with it can make a difference.

          Yes, the combo of gh and slin is very effective.
          When I was in prison the second time one of my buddies was diabetic. He had juvenile diabetes so he had been on it most of his life. When he got to the institution I was at, and he was in my dorm he weighed 160. Scrawny and not overly powerful. But I had muscle and fitness each month and he read in one of the early 80's issues about insulin being the most potent anabolic substance there is. He started pumping insane amounts of insulin each morning and each evening. Cookies were his carbs. In about 6 months he was a monster. Probably 280ish of muscle because all we did every day was lift all day long. His job was inside grounds. He spent 5 minutes picking up cigarette butts in a 10 square yard area, then he was done for the day. I was on the electrical squad, and most of their work was outside the fence. So I just went and checked in, had my name checked off that I was there, then off the rest of the day. So we literally trained probably 6 hours a day, then jogged or walked around the track, quarter mile track.
          He outgained everyone on the compound and became a beast on his lifts.
          All he was using was insulin.
          The stuff works.

            Yeah I didn't run GH with it - wish I had at the time.
