Training Styles
There really is no one right way to do things. A lot of us do things for different reasons. Right now my training is solely based on injury prevention. I don't do anything heavy anymore and I keep the weight under control. Those 2 things alone have kept me off the injured list for some years now. I have a long list of fvcked up shit as many do.
I focus on working slow, mind to muscle, TUT, negatives, holds, supersets, trisets, giant sets, rest pause, stripping, drop sets, etc.. It takes longer to get there but there isn't anyplace I'd rather be than a gym. This is what works for me. How you ladies and gents hitting it these days? |

I do a variation of push/pull/legs although I have 4 workouts because I do shoulders with traps. High volume light to moderate weight.

I've been running 3 days a week.
SHOULDERS w/ a little chest, biceps, triceps BACK/CHEST w/ a little shoulders, biceps, triceps LEGS It gives me a day off between training days and 2 days between shoulders and chest. Shoulders give me problems. |
