krustus reverse diet results

i ended a cut around mid september and began a reverse diet.. adding 50-100 cals weekly to try to get my cals as high as i could with not a lot of fat gain... i have been on trt only (at 100mgs a week).

i got up to about 4000 cals daily... (ended cut about 2000).. obviously i gained fat but with the benefit hopefully of a faster metabolic rate. i'm beginning a cut now... hope to beat last years

pic is end of cut and end of reverse

interesting. Detonate size differences.
Also significant differences in lean mass. But honestly your fat pic is the envy of 99.9% of the population of the USA. Then there are idiots like me, mass minded. And that was all from diet. Pretty much dispelled Boston Lloyds it's all about the drugs mentality.

It would more interesting to do a full rebound when your cut it over: add most of the calories at once along with lots of test and some dbol. And change training to go much heavier. You'd probably have to go buy all new clothes.

Look good bro. Did you mean 50-100 cals weekly or daily? If weekly as stated, that's some damn precision right there! I would be lucky to nail it by 300cal daily haha.

Your fat is still relatively lean. Will make cutting back down simple.
